1. General
By booking an appointment with Awan Therapeutic Thai Massage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both clients and therapist.

2. Services Provided
Awan Therapeutic Thai Massage offers professional therapeutic massage services only. Our treatments are strictly non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will still be required.

3. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time, and the full session fee will still apply.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

• No-shows may be charged the full appointment cost.

5. Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of your appointment.

We accept cash and EFTPOS. A surcharge of 2.5% applies to credit card and contactless payments.

6. Health & Medical Conditions
Clients must inform the therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy prior to treatment.

Awan Therapeutic Thai Massage is not responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.

7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client or if inappropriate behaviour occurs.

8. Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal belongings. Awan Therapeutic Thai Massage is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

9. Privacy
All client information is kept confidential and used only for booking and treatment purposes. We respect your privacy at all times.

10. Changes to Terms
Awan Therapeutic Thai Massage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
